Withdraw from Contract

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract within the withdrawal period. For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends early once you start using, streaming or downloading it after agreeing to immediate access. The details are in our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.

Products bought on this platform

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

To withdraw from a purchase made with Pay now or Pay by invoice:

1. Open the link in your receipt email from Paddle, or go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used.
2. Choose the order and select the option to withdraw from the contract (cancel the order and request a refund).
3. Confirm. Paddle sends you a confirmation by email with the date and time of your withdrawal.

If anything does not work, email us at projekte@mirapape.de with your name, the product and the email address you used for the order. We will help you right away.

Offers we invoice directly

For live seminars, consulting and other offers that we invoice directly, send your withdrawal to us by email to projekte@mirapape.de or by letter to Mira Pape, Marktplatz 8, 27374 Visselhövede, Germany. You can use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We confirm receipt by email without delay.
